This is an Adrianna Papell gown. It is an ivory sheath gown with an illusion neckline, a mesh back, and has a mesh/lace overlay that is heavily beaded with swirls and sequin flowers. It has no train but the fabric goes all the way to the floor and may have excess fabric that needs hemming depending on your height. I'm 5'7" and would have needed to have it hemmed. It zips up the back and has a hook eye closure at the neck. Still has the original tags on it.
